I find the back end slips alot on me.....Maybe its jsut the street tires? I have not run with normal tires in about 3 years...

Take it easy with the throttle tracker. I've slipped a few times when I first moved up to 1000cc but got used to it very quick.

Every single time I've gone out on mine (twice :D) but I've got sand and bald tires at the moment.

Haven't really slipped it hard yet...a little slide here and there.....just put on 2CT's yesterday, so hopefully that will cure that problem.

I was just curious if I was grabbing too much throttle or I should get used to the feel..I started dragging my rear brake yesterday to see how it would feel to ride the slide a little...

At the Intl MC show, a vendor stated that literbikes should stay away from the 2CTs due to it's softer sides. His observation was that literbikes had too much power on corner exits and the softer sides of the 2CTs weren't ideal. He said 600cc's are perfect for th 2 CTs and the the liters should stick with pilot powers.

I'd be interested to see what your personal experience is.

^ Yeah but they're the only non-race DOT tire that can be had in 190/55 (or so I think) which is a nice inbetween if you don't want to slower turn-in from a 190/50 and the lack of meat from a 180/55 :D

After riding the track R1....I did not get much movement in the rear. In conclusion..Its just the not so sticky street tires that are making me slide...Its good practice for when it happens more frequently on the track though...
