My buddy crashed his '05 R1 the other day. We were out screwing around, and he somehow ended up flipping the bike 3 times. Lucky for him, he ended up with 3 fractured bones in his foot, and some minor rashing. The bike is totaled per the insurance company. Too bad, it was a nice bike, and only had 3500 miles on it...

I think that's one of the best colors that the R1 has ever had. It's a shame. Glad to hear that your buddy wasn't hurt too bad.

Damn! It's a good thing he only ended up with those injuries. It could have ended a lot worse.
