Hey guys I'm new to anything with a motor and 2 wheels so... I'm in Little rock and need a bit of guidance. I'm currently trying to trade my 2003 Mustang GT for a 2003 R1 and 2500. Now I know my car isn't perfect but I was asking 7K for it and he was asking 4500 for his bike with 19000 miles on it. my car is priced $800 below KBB so... He did lay down the bike in a some grass because of tank slap and he told me about a check valve or something. His front fearing is cracked in a few places and missing a 1 inch piece. The chain is also a bit rusty so... he says it has a power commander but I have no clue what that means. can someone help me out? is he overpricing it? is there a mod to prevent tank slap?

Oh and his muffler has a dent in it as well that's kinda big
