After riding around for a while, noticed that my hands quickly got tired so I decided to get a set of aftermarket levers. Got a great deal on a set of pazzo levers and did some digging for instructions and put them on:

I love these levers. The clutch took a lil fine tuning, but I have them perfect now. Def recommend this upgrade if you want something functional and looks great.

Yeah I had them on my R6 so of course I had to get them for my R1.

Do they truly help to ease the strain on the hands? My hands (particularly my clutch hand) are usually killing me after a while stuck in heavy traffic. If these will make a significant difference in that, they'll certainly be worth the cost for me.

They possibly could because they're adjustable. Can't remember if it's actually easier to pull though. But they are nice and worth it.

Thats exactly why I got them. My clutch hand would get sore during local riding, after getting the pazzo it made a drastic improvement. Its a fairly inexpensive mod, that helps you and looks good.
