So I get my bike out to wash it cause it's bike night. Well I noticed the right side has coolant on the fairings. I'm thinking "You got to be fucking kidding me!!" Sure enough something put a hole in my radiator. :cussing My buddy's 04 had a hole in his radiator about a month ago. We both run pilot powers also. I don't know what it is with the R1 but it might be pilot powers throwing shit up at the radiator. I ran the bike hard sunday on the curves because I had the first oil change and all. Pisses me off. Looks like I'll be buying a new radiator and a radiator guard would be a wise investment. Anybody have any good sources for radiator guards? Ok rant off.

Wow 2 holes in 3 months. that sucks. But your hole is in the same area as mine and my buddy's. I bought a radiator from mr. cycle for $175 and cox radiator guard for $65. Plus my integrator, grave flushmounts and pazzo levers should all be here this week. Looks like I'll be busy this weekend. Hopefully have it ready to ride sunday on the curves.

I made my own rad guard from galvanised panelling, for a few $$ wasn't hard to do and looks okay.
