WOOT, here it is!

First, take your RED loctite

Loctite the screws attaching your billet to the case cover from the inside!

Now, unscrew your stock case cover. To be safe, put a wrag underneath the bike, just in case oil seeps out.

Here's the ugly lookin stock cover

Here's what it looks like inside out.

Take the old gasket off and make sure to clean it good! For some reason, hardly any oil seeped out... so it was all good and not very messy!

Now take your new gasket and attach it to your case cover

Grab your BLUE loctite

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v204/hieuwey/wood10.jpg
Use the blue loctite, make sure everything is tight!

voila! now you're almost done!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v204/hieuwey/wood12.jpg
Lookin good so far!

Now, you dont have to worry so much, if you go down on the right side!

thanks chunk... it is definately an addiction! what matters, is that you're happy with your bike in whatever condition you choose it to be. thats a great feeling.

i want to get some baffles next for my exhaust.
