What kind of bulbs are in the corners of the 04-06 r1 headlights. Iv been wanting to find some type of red bulb to go in there. Have any of you done this.

The bulbs are "168 12V/5W". It's a wedge shaped bulb. I got the PIAA Powersport Extreme Cool Blue White. I've seen a different brand in various colors in auto parts stores....they are in the section for the "Japanese street racer accessories". A friend of mine installed blue lights, and the cops made him remove them. I don't know about red.
