Everyone has an exhaust with one hole in the end – double it with the TRC-D slip-on exhaust from Yoshimura. Yoshimura claims that two outlet ports on the end of each muffler manage sound and power output better than just one, especially for high-performance applications like the 2009 and 2010 Yamaha YZF-R1. The mufflers themselves are based upon the proven TRC design; the only difference is the dual-outlet carbon fiber endcap. Available in your choice of stainless steel, titanium or carbon fiber sleeve.

Yoshimura’s welding has never been bad, but on the 2009 and up pipes, we’ve noticed that it looks like they’ve invested in some better equipment. The titanium sleeves on these mufflers have some of the smoothest beads we’ve yet to see. The black exhaust hanger bracket too, is a nice add-on. It’s made from aluminum and comes on the pipe as you see here. You don’t have to fuss with any mounting brackets.
