About a year ago I owned a 98 Yamaha R1. I had bought the R1 with lots of cool modifications already done to it. Now I have just bought another 2000 Yamaha R1 and it does not have one specific cool mod my last R1 had which would be that the 98 R1 spit fire out when revving it to high rpm. How can i have that readjusted to my 2000 R1 so i can again spit fire out of my exhausts? FUN FOR SHOW so would like to get that back up and going!!!

Run an open exaust with no baffles, take out your cat. i.e replace the Y pipe if its like the 09 design. It burns un used fuel. Get a powercomander and make it run way richer than you should be driving on. Enjoy your 2mpg and have at it! Edit: BTW you get just as much power with out shooting flames and better gas milage. It is purley a waste of fuel.
