A disk lock is easy to carry with you , but it wont stop a thief from picking your bike up and trowing in the back of a truck.

Maybe get a alarm with it

always keep it in a garage... not a public one either. thats one of the safest things you can do.

Nothing you can do will really stop a thief. If you have and if they want it, they will take it. Plain and simple. Just be careful where you leave and and for how long you leave it. And as mentioned above, always keep her in a garage at night.
