Heres another question to add to the already unsolved mysteries with an R1.
I have 05 R1, was starting to develope a starting issue, which of course progressed and now doesnt start at all. I have fuel pumping to the necessary lines. Spark is adequate. With just a mist of starting fluid, she fires up and runs perfect. No running issues at all. New battery is always kept on a tender. Its almost as if its loosing its fuel prime. Why? Im leaning and hoping its the fuel pressure regulator, inexpensive for new replacement. Any ideas, suggestions, opinions are welcome. Thanks!
