Hi all... Finally decided to get another bike. I previously had a 2003 ZX6RR heavily modded. I have done some research on the 2007 ECU problems and that there was some sort of "Tech Exchange" to upgrade the software or the ECU itself. I was looking around for a 2007 or 2008 R1. Love the 2009 except the headlights and front fairing. Anyway I found a couple dealerships that claim they have new "freshly" uncrated 2007 (looking for the charcoal or raven) R1's. Would these have the Tech Exchange already done, or would I have to ride it around, find the issue then bring it back in for them to fix? I shot a couple dealerships an email and as of yet, no response.
