This is it for the sprocket install. If you did not get a bigger sprocket, you can replace the wheel.
- put wheel in-between swing arm.
- pull chain around sprocket
- line up wheel, and rear caliper, make sure the caliper is slid into the proper place.
- insert rear axle.
- make any adjustments to chain slack at this point.
- tighten rear axle bolt. 108 ft lbs, or until the bike starts to lift off the stand... :lol
If you needed to replace your chain, or need to add links, please read the following.
You will need to cut your chain off, use a new chain, or add links. We added one link onto the factory chain for this installation.
- To cut the chain off, use a dremel with a cutting wheel.
- find the link you want to use, and then begin grinding the rivet head off of one side. You will grind it flat with the side of the link.
The pictures show the grinding of a spare chain, but this is the same process you would use to cut your chain off the bike.

- Once your rivet head is ground down, you can use a rivet tool to push the link out.
- assemble rivet tool with the proper set up, and place over the link you just ground down. NOTE...make sure you are pushing the rivet out the correct way. Pushing from the side you just ground down.

- Repeat for all links that need to be removed.
Install master link.
ALWAYS USE NEW RIVET MASTER LINKS... DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REUSE A MASTER LINK.
- Inventory link and 0 or x rings. Lube rings and place one ring per post per side.
- set up your rivet tool with the rivet accessory, and rivet new master link into place.

- You can rivet the last master link while on the bike, and with the sprocket installed.
- adjust chain slack, and enjoy.
