Hi there! I have just joined this board and thought that I would introduce myself.

I have been an R1 owner since '98. I have serial number 44. My guess is that I am the oldest member here (in age) and have the oldest R1 that is not in pieces! Any takers?

I was a member of the original R1 forum and the R1 mailing list. Does anyone here remember that?

Thats great that you still the bike, I'm 36 so I'll take a guess and that your older than that.

I've only had R1 since 04, had a few gisxr's and a R6 before stepping up the the 1.
