Technology important; Air/ Fuel ratio!

Ok, trying to become technologically knowledgeable. I went and purchased one of these in pursuit of knowledge. http://www.sunpro.com/product_detail.php?pid=16431 . Installation should be self-explanatory. Four wires used; Red wire- fuse protected source of 12-volts that is turned on and off by key; White wire which is energized by headlights; Black wire- good engine ground; Green wire- connect between oxygen sensore (signal wire) and the computer.

Here?s my questions??..

1. I remember reading somewhere where the Yamaha R1 does not send voltage in the typical increments of the average vehicle, is this true? What are the values in voltage of our oxygen sensors?

2. Our oxygen sensors use two wires; Blue; White. I am running a power commander III U.S.B. I will not be using my oxygen sensor, so is there a way to send POWER to the oxygen sensor and disconnect oxygen sensor from computer, so that I could use the oxygen sensor and this gage to monitor fuel/air ratio.

I know there are some tech-savvy members on here. Ehat are your thoughts on this whole thing?
