are akrapovic's better that GYT-R's? Doesnt the AMA superbike mostly have akrapovic systems over GYT-R's? Well I just got at Akrapovic slip on and Im waiting to install it. Just wondering if I should return it and get GYT-R. Any suggestions/comments?

Akrapovic are in my experience one of the superior aftermarket brands and their quality is second to none.
GYT-R is Yammie's own aftermarket brand.
For slip-ons there isn't a great deal in it performance wise, so you are down to which one you prefer the look of.
Personally I think the Akra's look great!

Keep the Akrapovic system; you're not going to do much better than that. Mind you, the GYT-R's are nice - very nice - but of the two, I'd take the Akrapovic system, no question.

For the Yamaha R1/R6 series, neither. They strictly run the Graves systems, which are also excellent:

Not exactly. There is no factory Yamaha in AMA Superbike. The Graves Superstock R1s are fitted with Graves exhausts, but the AMA Supersport R6s are fitted with Akrapovic exhausts.

I'd take Full microns over all.
