I need to tweak my suspension a bit, since the owner of the bike before was a bigger guy. Can anyone give me a DIY guide of the front damper adjustments and the shock adjustments? Thanks

This is a good website, it has all the setting for all bikes.

Click on the link , then on the left side of the page look for TECH, suspension. then choose your bike and it will come up with the settings.

mmmm it has suggested setting which I will need....but I need a dummied version....essentially what does what...and pics type deal

If you have your service manual it will explain a little. I was confused like you with what does what. I did a search on Google for suspension settings and I found a few sites that explains the compression, reboud and all that.
