I've heard others complaining about the front brake pads rattling. After trying a few things, I took the spring out of the caliper and slightly flattened it at the bend, effectively lengthening it. Worked like a charm, no more pos sounding clunk.

Ive had my back brake rattle but never my front ....... although I barely use my back brakes. My front brakes squeek like a bastard though :myfault
