I submitted some photos and some details on my bike last month, and just got the email below today. They must not have gotten too many people to enter or are desperate... My bike is not show quality, although it has alot of mods, it gets ridden in the real world, and has over 15k miles on it.

Pretty nice of them though. Now just hope I can get the bike up there:D

Dear Sound RIDER! Northwest Motorcycle Display participant,

Congratulations!! Your bike has been accepted for the Sound RIDER! Northwest Motorcycle Display at this years International Motorcycle Show, to be held November 30th, December 1st& 2nd at the Qwest Field Event Center in Seattle.

The Qwest Field Event Center is located between Safeco Field and the Qwest Stadium at:

1000 Occidental Ave. South

Seattle, WA 98104

www.stadium.org

The load in details as we know them at this point are below.

VERY IMPORTANT – READ IT CLOSLEY: The procedure for bringing your bike in is as follows:

Your bike will be roped off from people throughout the duration of the weekend and is covered under an insurance policy held by the show’s promoter, Advanstar.
Deliver your bike to the Mezzanine level via the parking garage in the back, accessible from Royal Brougham Street between 1 and 3pm on Friday November 30th. The doors will be locked after 3:00 so do not arrive late.
You must bring your bike through the north Mezzanine level load-in doors which will only be open between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. It is not possible to drive a tall enclosed trailer up into the garage, so if you trailer your bike in, plan to ride it or push it up to the Mezzanine parking level. When you check in you will be directed where to roll your bike to on the mezzanine level.
Your bike may only have ¼ tank of gas or less. The Fire Marshall will greet you at the entry with his dipstick. He will have you remove the gas cap and take a sample. If your bike is more than a quarter full you will be turned away, at which point you must figure out how to drain it down elsewhere and return when you’ve got it right. Got a siphon?
Your battery cable must be disconnected upon arrival at the entry door. Pack a wrench so you can deal with this when you reach the garage, or do it ahead of time if you trailer the bike.
Your bike must be clean when it enters the exhibit hall. If you plan on riding down, bring a rag and some polish and clean it up outside in the parking area. Dirty bikes will be turned away. If your bike leaks oil, fix it before you arrive or bring a clean drip pan. No oil may hit the carpet. If you plan to clean your bike when you arrive, do it outside in the parking area, NOT in the display area.
Once inside you will be given two WEEKEND SHOW PASSES! This will give you and a guest access to the show throughout the weekend.
On Sunday, you must come to the Sound RIDER! booth between 4 and 4:45pm to pick up your exit ticket and SR! goodie bag. The bike must be removed at 5pm sharp on Sunday. For security reasons you may not take your bike out of the building without the ticket. At that time the VIN Number on the bike must match the one you submitted.
Your bike must remain in the display area throughout the weekend and cannot be removed until Sunday at 5pm.
A placard will be created for each bike. If you would like to purchase the 11 x17 placard we have for your bike in the display, you may do so between 4 and 4:45pm when you come to pick up your ticket. The placards will be available for $10.
We will be staging the bikes from 3 to 4pm. At that time your bike will set with a Sound RIDER! kickstand pad. The pad is yours to keep when you remove your bike on Sunday.
If you have any questions upon arrival that the outside staff cannot answer, ask for Tom Mehren or Tim Pizzano of Sound RIDER!

The display is a big hit every year for those who attended the show and your bike is a welcome addition to this years display.

Special thanks to Advanstar for inviting us back to showcase some very unique bikes in the Puget Sound.

Best Regards,

Tom Mehren

LOL... not exaclty a "Show bike" in my opinion, but it does fit into the "I did it my way" theme. I guess they liked the mods I have done, and the road miles I have put on it... A couple of non-recent photos below...
