Courtesy of Pirelli distibutors with regard to use of Pirelli's on track:

We recommend the following cold pressures for Supersport and Superbike
in Dry conditions.

Fr. 31psi
Rr. 28-29psi

These pressures are a recommended starting points and can be adjusted to
suit rider preference.

In wet conditions, we would only adjust tyre pressures if full wets are
used. In which case, we recommend around 3psi above dry pressures.

We recommend the use of tyre warmers for 30-40 mins before use at around
75C.

In terms of operating temperature, it is a difficult question to answer,
however as a general rule a tread temperature above 60C is necessary for
the compound to operate at its best.
