Karonic 08-07-2007, 04:27 PM Im 25 and have a 100+ on my record. I pay about 1400 a year for comprehensive with progressive. :(
I'll probably get a cheaper rate when I combine all my cars and bikes but im a little lazy about it. Go ahead guys, rub your rates in my face.:p

Progressive told me I could not combine my car and motorcycle insurance, So I ended up using Allstate for my cars and left my bikes with progressive.
1 year for two bikes ( 05 R6 and an 07 R1 ) I pay $569.00 for minimal coverage and gap on the R1.
If I add theft to my R1 it jumps to approx. $1150.00 per year

my parents have been with nationwide longer than i've been alive, or at least a very long time.. since i struck out on my own (i'm 24), i got a long-term discount with them, i pay $108/month for my truck and $54/month for the bike, both are full coverage... but the lady even told me too, that the only reason that my rates are decently low is because of the long term discount..
poisonivyR1 10-25-2007, 11:48 PM i get good rates because i'm old 43:rollin

Aceman 02-06-2010, 06:51 PM I paid £231.00 with British firm Carol Nash. They completely screwed up a no fault accident I was involved in, which resulted in me paying £331.00 to get my bike back after an estimate. I will NEVER use that company again.
Tankwars555 03-14-2010, 03:37 AM i just went to my insurance agent because i'm looking at getting my first bike (R6 or an R1)
i'm 19, 2 tickets in my car, 0 points on my license
2007 R1 full coverage would be around $130 a month
2007 R6 full coverage would be around $90 a month
that's with State Farm, but my family has been using them for over 20 years and we have i think 6 cars, 1 bike, and a house ensured with them... so i think that might help with the rates a good bit
alex95 05-13-2010, 11:31 AM Well i pay around $50 for the insurance.I have a record of no accidents and falls.Well some hits i had but not so badly hit.It comes under the insurance. So i am saved. If i had a bad hit I would have to spent on my bike.

Majnoon 06-21-2010, 01:44 AM So I am 30 years old and Military. My car insurance is thru ausa who does not insure bikes. I went to progressive and got Liability for my 09 R-1 for $120 for a year and my XT 250 $99 a year, my record is clean and god watches out for me on the R-1 cause the speed limit dosent work for it. Geico wanted twice as much, I hate them and have always received high quotes from them. F advertising they lie.
